I'm slightly concerned that anyone thinks that all women behave in a specific, easily defined manner, or that they are sizing you up the moment you enter a room and deciding whether they are sexually interested or not.

Women are peoples, too, guys.

All women behave in complex manners not easily predicted without precise knowledge of the subject or a strong grounding in psychology/body language.

That wasn't so hard to define.

I always thought a regal bearing meant a formation of horns or a skull structure that resembles a crown of some sort. Would make sense of dragons and other lizards and such having a regal bearing, at least.

"regal bearing" literally means "carries themselves like royalty".
That is quite literally what it means.

A 3 eyed hedgehog that has a straight, assertive stance with a somewhat arrogant body posture could be described as having "Regal Bearing".

The otherwise completely BS association with being sexually attractive to women has some applicability, because women are statistically attracted to men with good self-confidence (Statistically, when the sample set is "women who are attracted to men" any way)-- the article writer mistakes the body posture of self-confidence with that of regal bearing, which is not the same thing. 

These days, "Regal posture" is frequently synonymous with being "A pompous, arrogant prick".

The real deal about "regal bearing" is that it is simultaneously assertive, "cool and collected", and also does its best to not be too haughty. That's where it differs from arrogant posturing.
