Why is it null?

So because Albion submitted an illegal turn and then the GM accepted and processed it we're redoing the turn. Ok.

Wait what? Why does Albion get a second turn?
Russia complained about my useage of conditional building orders. Since he had a precedent, it was thus requested that I'd change my turn.

I pointed out that since I already knew the results of my turn, I would just use those for formulating my orders. Thus, the turn would be rerolled, which would be in my favour.

Never mind the fact that the original point of the conditional was useless anyway since :

Quote
Since you only have 3 PI/turn, your last two build orders were useless (New PI from conquest/railroads can't be used on the very same turn). You'll notice that I did not put in Arluen's armies in again, because, well, it doesn't matter. Anyway, I guess Scandinavia won't do a thing again, so we're just waiting for Arluen.

Yeah, I apologize to you all for the confusion, I should never had accepted his turn in the first place.

10ebbor10: not entirely true. Conditional orders would let you build only in the provinces you've just taken, and use the PI to build in provinces you already own otherwise.

Okay, I should get an additional army in my Capitol this turn (as I have 9 units, whereas your sheet says I have 10)
Pretty sure it's Arluen's turn first, hence why your units haven't been added yet.

Sorry for butting in again, but why not take 51? ( 60->ship->51, 63->60) Sheb says you can move armies before or after your fleet if you want to. And at the very least build forts in #65, you have the IC for it (dictatorships have 3).
I'm guessing he wants to stop the constant attacks against his capital.

forts aren't destroyed during fighting.
I really dodged a bullet on 26 then (with my supposed "trap"). :D

Wait, if I understand it correctly, this means that when improvements are razed after combat occurs in an area, the fort is never destroyed?

In that case, the conditional really wasn't needed.

Can we voluntarily build on other nation's soil (assume both nations agree, and, if that matters, that they are allies)?

No, they are, sorry, that was me having a brainfart.

As for building on another nation's soil... I see nothing in the rules barring that, so I'll allow, as long as both nations agree, no need to be allies. PI will be built on your turn, even if they're built on another nation's territory.

I'm quite certain Spain does not have explosives, or am I sorely mistaken in that regard?

I mean, their dictature bonus only works on defense, so they would only have a +1, meaning that their naval attack should have failed, right?

Could the first spoiler in this thread also contain what tech each player has?  I can't remember if I have chemistry or not.  (Searching looks like no)
