Well, I just noticed I got confused considering the internal turn order. Sucks for me, I guess.

Edit: Anyway, considering I am the most prominent target within Viking range, I'm thinking I might have to put you down.

4 units at a -2 advantage versus 1 unit on your side should do it.

I'm still amazed that Haspen didn't take the opportunity to rip through your country like a hot knife through butter. That guy deserve a medal.
Obviously, they're playing together. They're going to exchange tech next, then go for tanks and tear around across the world.

Not that I mind, since I won anyway, but shouldn't I have had a +4 to my combat roll? (fortifications, militaristic and dictatorship defence)

Yup, my spreadsheet wasn't up-to-date (I swore I checked those stuff, but hey.) Actually, you had no way of loosing at all.

There should be an HQ on 74 and a fort on 11.

Fixed.

Question: Can someone build a port and then immediately build a fleet?

Yeah, it's still there, not just on the most recent map. Actually, I really wonder why pieces of infrastructure keep disappearing.

10ebbor10: Nope. Building a fleet is supposed to be time consuming, not something you can improvise in a couple turns.

Can Treaties only be made on your turn? If so, do they also have to be accepted on the other nation's turn, or can this all be done in one go (still on yours)?
(I'm guessing either both "yes" or both "no", since technically treaties work by twin posting from both sides, not as offer and acceptance)

Treaties can be made at any point during the month, and enter in effect at the end of the month, after RP are allocated.

On a side note, I think there are is an error on the map.

2 armies in 27 have dissappeared.

Also, can a fleet in port defend the province it is in against a land invasion?

If yes, can we choose the order of losing ships and armies?
And if not, what happens when the province is lost? (is the ship lost, auto moved (where?), forced to move next turn, or (gasp!) captured by the other side?)

Oh, and one more.

- Do ships in provinces benefit from railroads, provided the coastal provinces they travel through all have harbours as well?
