Question. How is turn order handled?

I'm going to randomise an order, and we'll play in that order. Since you now get troops at the beginning of your turn, it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Okay, 1 more question. Can a newly build port, deploy a ship, which can then immediatly move to transport an army to capture something?

Turns are processed in this order:

1) Getting Armies (Before your turn)
2) Aerial Bombardment
3) Moving Troops
4) Building stuff, including navies.

So no, you cannot build a ship and move it on that turn. You can however move a ship and immediately use it to transfer up to one army.

Ok, nice to know.

Imperial France do not enter into "treaties" with its provinces. It is understood that Albion will cooperate fully with the rest of the Empire in term of commerce and scientific advance.
So ,I get the benefits without a treaty slot? :)

What happened to all the poulos provines?
Do research benefits also affect naval combat?

No you don't. The central government is too inefficient and corrupt for that. Poulos provinces?

As for research benefits... I'm gonna go with yes, anything that affect armies affect fleets. Don't ask me how ships use tank support.

Oh Sh--- Tell me this isn't one of those games where 8 people each take turns in order?

Oh, they're assigned after turn 0 because I forgot about them because I don't want a player to try to grab them all immediately. They're already on my version of the map.

a1s, yes it is. The rules wouldn't support instant play (like what happen if two enemies take each other capital on the same turn?). Don't worry though, it'll go quick enough once you've eliminated some players.

You know what, just forget about me.
I'd rather do Haspen's new thing whenever, if ever he's done with his current one.

Not that there's anything wrong with this one, it's just that I simply don't feel like finishing my nation right now.

Speaking of lowest intelligence, that reminds me of the fact that it's probably your first time in prison. Don't worry, I can give you some tips, having spent some time in a few myself. The best way to make friends here is to drop the soap during shower time. Try it, I'm sure you'll love making friends like that!

Let's hope so. :-\
(and I'd say that two or more nations taking each other's capitals should lead to the creations of two NPC nations. This could not have been a surprise to either of them, and if they had any sense they'd have settled for a peace treaty, but they went double or nothing. That does make for a great story, if you survive.)

Also, is Republic of Southern Europa huge or enormous? they have 13 provinces.

a1s, I'm slightly worried you're gonna invade me for my precious RP, so here, have some pros/cons.

Pros:
More land.
More RP.

Cons:
Finland vs Russia never ends well for you.
Vikings.
