My game grants +1 bonus for every 3 armies you have more than your opponent, so v:

I think that'd make too big of a change for midgame.

Just going to previse two things:
A) In the interest of fairness, this will only be effective starting next turn.
B) I'm not going to accept orders like "send troops to province X until its taken". It's okay to make an attack on one province dependent on what happens in another, but for each attack you commit a given  number of troops and that's it.

Yeah, I meant 56. I distinctly remember typing 56, then deciding that wasn't right and changing it for 65.
