why do I have 18 RP? by my count it was 21 (14 from domestic academies, +1 for capital, +9 from treaties and -3 from traditional)

Questions : Railroads allow units to pass through a middle province before reaching the end. In that case, is it possible that the start and end are the same .

Ie, can scandinavia capture Sint Peters Burg, then retreat back towards their capital.

Nope, taking a province ends an army's move. If you want to take two provinces, you need to send a first army to take the first province, then a second army to take the second one, going through the first.

PlayerGamer, you're getting what the RNG gives you. It wouldn't be fair otherwise.

Oh, right, I forgot that you had disbanded on treaty to sign up one with Spain. Who did you disband already?

I should have have Research with Spain, Russia and Ottomans, while Trade treaty was with Russia only. The only treaty I disbanded was Trade with Spanish due to treaty limits v:

Corrected. I am also going to use this opportunity to remind you that treaties don't take place instantly anymore, but at the end of the turn. That mean that if you decide to break a treaty to sign a new one, you'll only get benefits from that new treaty next turn.

Query: Do you get to keep the benefits of the old treaty for the remainder of the turn in which you broke it?
