((before continueing, i was thinking of adding quarks to each turn. So you would choose as you normaly do then have a choice of quark to go along with the personality.

Quirks- (does not need to be used but if it is the quirk action goes along with the regular action and if contradictions happen the basic action trumps the quirk)
Addict-Ask for a double up on the prescription
OCD- Forcibly put things in order in the doctors office
(can't think of any other quirks to use but suggestions will be helpful and most likely will be used)
