Looks like the bleeding isn't too bad and the bullet enter and exited near his armpit on his left side missing his shoulder blade, heart, lung, and anything vital but holy crap does it hurt.
The woman he brought to the cafe runs up screaming, "Denis! Are you ok?"

R-What does it look like?!?!?! I got shot!
C-I'll be fine, can you drive me to the hospital though?
Hero/suave-I'm just fine knowing that you are safe
Sad- I'm bad, really bad, I might die soon
L-Ill be fine, but get me something to stop the bleeding while I wait for a doctor or something

"Ya sure" she responds
She finds a couple clean rags from behind the counter and another person helps place them on the wound and a spare apron is used to tie them down to his arm
Denis says his thanks then looks at the woman,"Ok now that we have that done would you mind driving me to the hospital to get this patched up?"
" of course Denis."
She drives Denis to the hospital and upon entering they find many other people, some sick, some injured, some seem perfectly fine

R-Make way, man with gun shot wound coming through!
C-*sign in and wait your turn to be seen* it's not that bad of a wound
Sad- I'm going to die waiting in line. Great..... *brgins crying while waiting to be seen*

Denis and his woman friend person get him checked in and about 2 minutes later a doctor wheels him off to a hospital room
The doctor cleanes the wound, which burns like hell, and sews it shut after checking inside to ensure it's ok to close.
The doctor speaks to Denis in an almost sarcastic voice,"And how did you get shot again?"
