"Thanks for the patch up doc, see ya soon" Denis says as he takes the slip from his hand, folding it and putting it in his pocket.
"Oh hey doc your tie and name tag aren't straight" He says as he adjusts the doctors name tag and tie as if it were normal.
The Doctor just awekwardly let's Denis proceed

Denis leaves the room and meets the woman whom he still can't recall her name in the waiting area

(Maybe, of rather have stuff that's not too offensive. OCD and addiction to cigarets/misc drugs isn't nearly as offensive as something like stuttering or stuff like that. Though I might use it anyhow)

Happy/Cruel

 Just because you're happy, or sad, or cold and logical doesn't mean you can't be cruel in your action.
ex (Happy/Cruel): "Thanks for paying for me!" says Denis happily as returns the wallet to the woman. He continues through the door feeling strangely happy and satisfied as the woman looks at him in rage and shock.
