A resident of Debaltsevo, a front-line town in Donetsk Region, talks about Ukrainian shelling of the town with Ukrainian patriots live on Ukrainian TV channel Inter. Their reaction is adamant.
From what I've read, Debaltsevo has been under Ukrainian control for a few months now. I don't think the UA would be shelling their own positions.
Yes, Debaltsevo is currently under Ukrainian control - she was speaking about Ukrainian artillery strikes during their advance in June. She also claimed that Ukrainian forces can't maintain law and order in the town and have very poor discipline, and the residents are afraid of them.

Fun fact:  29% of that Ukrainian TV channel is owned by Russian TV-channel

It is not a problem to handpick pro-seperatist(Russian, Soviet)  residents of Debaltsevo or any other city. I consider that a provocation

Oh, the rest is rather fun, too. The rest of channel is  owned by Inter Media  Group. This group is  20% owned by our dear former president friend and advisor (same as owned by Yanukovich, really ) and 80% belong to an oligarch who never opposed the former government.

In Maydan times this channel poured shit on protesters no worse than Russian channels. Now they have to be more subtle.

I have to disagree with you here, UR. Ukrainian government's control of mass media is rather tight. Besides, the woman in the video is hardly the only example of a civilian who dislikes Ukrainian army's behaviour.

I, for one, find LSP's typing adorable, especially combined with that avatar.

It comes across as moronic to me.  Like someone intentionally acting like a moron to annoy the people around him.

Then you haven't been around him for long. It quite accurately reflects his style of thinking, you know?

No, it's been that way for a long time.

Way to go with fake interviews, Russia-1: http://euromaidanpress.com/2014/11/24/russian-tv-borrows-diplomats-name-to-discuss-horrors-of-euromaidan/

Sorry about the EuromaidanPR, but it was the only place where I could find that news in English.
