The opposite of an Outpost Liaison?

"Okay, so yay! I became the mountainhime! What? What do you mean I can't call for specific resources? Dammit..."

So, why should we be unable to demand resources as the Mountainhome? They got to ask us for stuff. We should get a new person, only at the fortress during the dwarf trading season, who goes out and says "They want giant dingo kidneys! And tin bars!" around the world.

I'd imagine this'll get implemented once the world economy is fully implemented (i.e. a very long time from now)
