((Is the heli armed? Wikipedia says there are armed versions.))

Also use basketballs to block arrows.

That is true, but then again, the article doesn't specify whether this version is armed or unarmed. Tell you what, how about I put a Minigun Turret on it and we call it a deal?

Also, a few things: The Helicopter is in the parking lot, not on the roof. Second, the Barrier will be in place until the fourth turn, meaning you can fly, but only around the perimeter of the college.

((Hospitals have helipads. That's the logical place to find a helicopter. Also a minigun turret is definitely enough for a transport heli~))

Yes they do. However, this is not a hospital in a first-world country, it's a Medical College in Rural-ish Bangladesh. I didn't want to put the aircraft on the roof because the combined weight of everything would probably cause a collapse.
