Wasn't there a rule that summons the wall of money boss whenever a corner shop remains unused for large periods of time?

According to the XCOM Rules of Engagement: 71.265 Orders Expanded, without the presence of an apocolyptic event, XCOM soliders spew 5 Hip Chimpanzees North one time. The first chimp spewed must be adjacent to the solider, but every chimp thereafter must be adjacent to a chimp and North of the soldier.

But... but Advanced Strategies 7th Edition section 56 states that when chimps are spawned you must convert part of field into chess board and place 16 pawns on it...
Your move.

In King Tut's Tome: Tut's Turn on Turns, it is stated that a player can take a turn after the turn after their last turn if no other player takes a turn in one Earth day. This reference is in  Chapter 3: Turn Clocks and Intelligent Hamsters. Since it has been more than one Earth day, I shall take my turn.

If a chess board is put into play without their being any suitable players of a game of chess, as defined byBoard Games in a Game of Tacticus; a guide to boardception, written by the High King of the Turks, two old geezers are spawned on opposite ends of the chess board. They come in wearing appropriate clothing from Styles and Their Appropriate Occupants in the chapter People Don't Have to Hatey Their Eighties. I choose to place them in Dusty Flannel and Musty Khakis.

According to the 3rd Edition Willy Wonka's Expansion Ruleset, when two old geezers are in play the players must roll a d6, which turns them into chocolate pillars if the score is higher than 3.

d6 Roll = 2

No chocolate pillaring yet, but the Core Appendix XCIV: Monster Attractions dictates that the potential of chocolate summons a Potential Hungry Beast.  In the event of actual chocolate appearing, the beast becomes real instead of potential.

d6 Roll = 1

As Laws of Chess: For competitions on TACTICUS allows, I move white pawn.

d6 Roll = 5

Oh look at that. According to 3rd Edition Willy Wonka's Expansion Ruleset Geezers must be turned now, which causes Potent Hungry Beast to become real.

An Ancient and Global Conspiracy moves a black pawn.
However, in Conspiracies and You: A Layman's Guide to*SLRCHKT*

Ahem. A second player reveals a black pawn to actually be a queen. The Black Queen captures the legal representative!

The Hungry Beast devours the nearest chocolate pillar. According to the Core Monster Manual, this causes the Hungry Beast to turn into a Not Hungry Beast.

Lets see what we have here. Color washout, check. Distortion, check. Long time since previous player activity, check. Well, according to TACTICUS Advanced: Proper use of weather effects. 7th Edition this is suitable situation to deploy global ice age, resurrect of mammoths and human hunters who always follow the mammoths.

Well, According to Tactics Additional Material: Food and Food Related Locations, the start of an iceage with mamoths results in the destruction of any post-industrial era items, which includes sculpted, long lasting chocolate, along with corner shops.

According to Post Apocalyptic Commercial Law Weekly, Vol. XLVII, however, whenever a catastrophic event destroys a business, the owner is retroactively reimbursed the damages.

According to The Austere Tome of Randomized Inventory Distribution, one of the potential randomly generated objects for a human hunter is a random Wand. By flooring the basic numerical principles and inverting the primal yield[As described in Volume III: Mathematical Fuckery], the random number generater gives the human hunter a Wand of Polymorph. However, Volume I/II: Enviromental Hazards indicates that in cold temperatures fragile magical objects explode. The resulting Polymorph explosion melds together the pile of gold bars into a Gold Golem.
