RIGHT SLIGHT PROBLEM THAT I MISSED THAT COULD BE EASILY SOLVED

Amberly doesn't have enough MT to kill the Jav dude. They have 3 RES, she has 10 MT. BUT if we can trade, then move and attack, it's an easy fix, Amberly just grabs Aiesha's ring, goes and blasts a dude to ded. Otherwise... it'll be an issue and we'll need to rework the plan slightly

Cetus to 9-10, revive Fer. <- also here to help Aeisha with Support.
Aeisha to 6-10, stab Seaman D. (Pass and +1 MOV \o/)
Amberly to 7-10, trade a vuln for the ring from Aiesha, blast Jav F
Jesseo to 11-12, revive Glenn. Stay there and tank as a back up.
El to 7-11, blast someone, could try to blast Carmen but low chance of hitting, or could go after either Pirate F or Tabar
Someone (I'll have Cetus do it) ask Ethan to rescuedrop Luc for healing if he doesn't have a good attack target

What javs? We're killing all their javs. Which means Carmen will probably kill Glenn, it's true, but it means that he won't be at 1 turn left needing to be healed, and if Carmen decides to go after someone else, it'll be a bunch of axes against his sword, plus he has daunt. So, you know. Still better than letting him bleed out.

Aiesha to 6-11, stab loldier (93% hit chance)
Amberly to 7-11, vuln Aiesha
El either to 6-10, attack either Pirate C or Tabar or to 6-12, attack Carmen or pirate E
Jess to 10-12, heal Glenn

Aiesha 6-11, steb loldier to death.
Jesseo to one of the spots adjacent to Aiesha and heal her.
Amberly grab Concoction from Elanore and use it on Glenn.
Elanore to another spot adjacent to Aiesha, borrow the ring and blast someone.

Nope nope nope. Not putting our super slowed healer in range of the effective against horseback weapon wielding boss. Not happening.

What I'd currently actually suggest is
Jess to 10-12, heal Glenn
AFTER THAT, El to 6-12, try and blast Carmen. It's bad hit chances, but there's always a possibility and there's no counter which means El will be able to take more hits on the EP
