Plan of sorts:

Aiesha and Amberly both attack sentry J. Amberly should do 11 DMG and Aiesha 15, and J has 26 HP left.
Fer can either go to J's spot or Aiesha's to blast a floater or a sentry. Baurus can then finish it off.
Cetus moves to whatever spot Fer didn't pick, and heals Luc if ending in Aiesha's spot.
