After fixing the grass colors, which was fairly easy, (change to ASCII in masterwork launcher then gen a new world), the next step is to fix these shrubs. Problem is, I have no idea what shrubs they are, so I don't know which lines to change. I suppose I could change them all, but I'd rather not. Anyone have any ideas before I resort to that?

My tileset in vanilla, how I'd like it to look:

The shrub problem in Masterwork:

Much appreciated!

For all of those like me that have no idea what shrubs look like in ascii mode, can you edit those images (paint?) to show the shrubs that are right and wrong?

For the 55 people who did download V1.5 till now:  You human race is not working.
It is ok, I'm used to that in RL so why should my game be different :p

Highlighted green = correct tile

Highlighted red = the messed up tiles I'm trying to fix

Oh, that's indeed a problem, background and foreground of the same colour...

I found that stone sense ("ssense" in the dfhack console to launch it) is able to tell you what shrubs are, so if you know where they are on the map, it might make it easier to track down the problem.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks, will let you know how it turns out.

Looks like you can find what type of shrub it is via the 'probe' command in DFhack! All set.
