I mean, its not like the aliens will rush one side and ignore the other because someone stepped on a twig (just like XCOM noise detection :I), or just like the first mission.

Say, Gigla, could you put down the info on the police, and the HP on police/civilians? Because I love those 1hp damage cases (with civilians having 3) in XCOM:EW...by Chryssalids, of all enemies :P
...Sadly, weapon damage here is fixed x_x

Well, civilians die in one hit.

Police, being armoured with stab jackets and not high-tech ceramic armour built to resist energy weapons, can survive a hit but just barely. They have 18 or so health. They're armed with carbines.
