I'm guessing since the FEF affinity system would be out of place here, he just went with a straightforward bonus that's easier to remember (and doesn't require mathing it out.)  The bonuses might be a bit lower, but they're also more widespread than the other system.  It's just different.


Okay, looking again, it is a bit lower, but it's not THAT much lower, but they also peak higher because the S rank gives the same bonus instead of a character skill.

Oh... Never mind then, I got the bonuses for evasion/hit and critical/dodge mixed around. Or basing them off of some other version of FE or something. Never mind, that's fine.

Per level of support, yeah.  Most crit/dodge numbers are themselves low anyway, so it's more noticeable for them.  And I'd take any extra boost to hit I can get.  For reference, my base hit chance is 93%, so a 2% boost would cut my rate of failure a lot.  Also, my crit is 3, so +2 would nearly double it... and that's before enemy dodge.  Speaking of dodge, +2 would double mine.



Is Suppression an actual attack or is it simply a debuff to the opponent?

That's just because you're still real low level and have low crit; later on when you actually HAVE supports, 2 will be meaningless, even to crit and dodge.

Which still isn't very much.
For comparison, my A support in FEF1 gave me 30 crit.

Assuming enemy crits and dodges are scaling as well, it should still somewhat even out. Especially since most FEF1 characters were fucking horrifying later on, and so probably aren't fair comparison points.

Though really, the stat comparison itself is kind of wonky to make because different stats work out to different real stats in different situations, and benefit differently from small increases at higher/lower levels.

Took a shot at the heavy ammo and small ammo. Added magic green liquid to syringes and experimented with a different syringe design at the bottom.
