Hey, it's a wizard--you came for the spells, not the Use Rope and Escape Artist.
In that case, you don't even have Epic Spells. This is basically Schrodinger's Wizard on steroids.

I didn't go for epic spells for two reasons.

1. I was burned out from picking 40+ spells already.
2. I already had a lot of spells to do bad bad stuff to other PCs. It's basically a counterspelling/initiative war.

I'm not entering the level 30 play because "Epic" D&D is a bad joke.

That's fine, but don't then start going
Immaterial.
I have done something terrible.
I made me.
I think I broke it. I'm not even going to fill in my bonus epic-level spells. Those skill points are without adding in my +7 INT boost from up to level 30.
as though you've done something even vaguely impressive by D&D standards. Making a Venerable Grey Elf Wizard and then slapping some levels on them, filling out a few bits of the sheet and calling it a day is nothing that hasn't been done hundreds of times before by every Tom, Dick and Harriet. There's nothing new or innovative about it. It is, when it comes down to it, less than half-arsed. Literally, because most of it doesn't exist.

I'm not entering the level 30 play because "PvP" D&D is a bad joke.
FTFY.

That was partially an exercise for myself in filling out over-1st level sheets. I don't really plan on using it myself, I guess.

That is all.

I'm going to make one rule. There's no favored class.
Also, point buy or rolling?

Point buy. If you don't point buy, you will end up with a significantly greater "luck game" than D&D already is.

I'm going to tentatively say 30 point buy.

Average HP rolls is also recommended, or maximum rolls.

You're kind of killing the mood here, Harbingerjm. Sure, D&D 3.5 is rocket tag. Doesn't mean we can't have fun with it.

Wizard

Am I correct in believing that this wizard has an AC of 10 and an initative modifier of 0?

I don't think this character is particularly impressive, especially seeing as I've left tons of fields blank, but I do think they can probably kill a lot of wizards. No-save 144 (or 288, depending on how you interpret the feat) damage almost guaranteed to hit. But it's a pretty basic level 30 wizard, so I'm sure I'm missing plenty of things. I don't think most of the fun of the game is in the high-level casters, though.
