Ukraine already has mass desertion (Dnepr-1 noping out of the airport fight, nudge-nudge), but no, not really.

@Sheb: Nobody, really, but that doesn't prevent people from trying to take the airport for ideological reasons.

The above-mentioned pro-Russian journalist Graham Phillips managed to nearly get hit by Ukrainian shelling at Kievsky prospekt in the western part of Donetsk along with the television crew of the Rossiya-24 channel a few hours ago.
Some of his other recent videos, where he bothered frightened locals with dumb questions after that artillery strike: 1,2.
His Russian is rather awful, I wonder if anyone in Donetsk mistook him for an American spy at least once.

EDIT: judging by the surroundings (park, destroyed cafe, a bus stop "Киевский РИК", residential buildings at a street corner), the video was apparently shot here.

From over here in Canada, this whole war feels... weird. Unreal. I keep expecting everyone to go "Yeah we're done," and go home. Or something. Feels like no one is actually... trying, you know?

Why I think they are Kadyrov's? It fits his words and actions.

I think that the guy in the local Sainsbury's who once sold me rotten meatballs is Ukrainian. Why? It fits UPA's ideology - he wanted to poison the Russian!
