I think Toady deleted it. With good reason. Let me help out a Comrade here: I for one will be the very first person to notify Toady if a new thread appears. And that's all I've got to say about that.

Moving on: I hear Putin has passed a law forbidding the transgendered from getting a license? What up with that. Does it just require you to register yourself as your birth gender (and some sort of bureaucratic blocks)? Or does is specifically exclude transgender? The former at least can be passed off as mere obstructive bureaucracy, the latter just seems... Unnecessary? Like you gotta go out of your way to classify and recognize transgender, just to deny it. Ordinarily opponents pretend it's just a mental issue.

We've talked about it. They updated the code to ban a whole lot of people with various mental problems from having driving licence.  Basically took a chapter of the Mental Problem Compendium and banned all those people from having licence. This include trans*, but also fetishist, compulsive gamblers, paranoids people and a bunch of stuff.

So far the consensus seems to be that it's stupidity in the administration.

C: Not banned and not effected by this law.
