"Come on," you whisper. You gesture further down the hallway.
"The exit's that way, moron," your sister comments, gesturing back the way you came.
"It's daylight. No sense in risking it. I've got a better idea."
"Ugh. If you insist.""By the way, if you betray me you're a dead wight."
"I'm already dead. We're both dead. Gods above, you're an idiot. And as for betraying you? Sunshine, once we get out of this crypt I hope I never see it or you again. I have my own plans."You lead her a room full of sarcophagi.
"Here we go. We hide in these until it's dark, then head out."
"You know what, I've changed my mind. I'm happy to never see you again even before I get out of this crypt.""Do you have a better idea?"
"Ugh. Help me with this lid.""You know, now that we are our own masters we can have names. I'm thinking... Mike."
"Mike? What sort of a name is that for a wight? 'Tremble before Mike!' Gods, you're an idiot. Me, I'm taking Mehlenna. Got a nice, subtle sort of ring to it.""How about... Welstiel?"
"Well-steel? I guess that's better. You're a lost cause anyway. Right, I'm in. Now seal me up and piss off."You entomb Mehlenna and clamber into your own sarcophagus.
Ten minutes later, the adventurers arrive. It's a little hard to hear them through the stone, but fortunately they speak loudly.
"Rothgar, we're done. There's no more treasure.""There's always more treasure, lass! Help me get this lid off.""How dare you? You can't desecrate a tomb, sirrah!""There's been wights here for ages, lad. The tomb's as desecrated as it gets. Besides, the dead don't need gold and I do. Elf, help me off with this lid.""Must I? Very well, if it will settle your mind. Then can we please get out of here? It's going to be dark soon."You hear the heavy creaking of stone being pulled aside.
"Ach, nothing but dry bones!""Can we please leave now?""Hey, there might be more treasure yet!"This seems potentially disastrous. What will you do?
