"As you can see, the key to catching the Plague-Master is finding sophisticated agents who can infiltrate his web of connections among the nobility. Would you be able to help us there, Cinad? The Poisonings should be easier, it looks like everyone has at least one contact who would be useful in that operation."
OOC: Etiquette is the bottleneck of the Plague-Master crisis. We don't have very much, and much of what we have is spread out as a secondary resource. Without the 4 Etiquette from micelus/Cinad, it's a very long shot.

"I'll be putting in the Foreign Ministry (3 Etiquette) towards dealing with the Plague-Master; I'm sure a few crumpets might convince the man to be comin' out for a talk. And as I see no one else is willing to lead our problem with the Scholarly Poisoinings, I will propose that we capture the one responsible for a round in the castle dungeons. I will devote an Erudite Noble (2 knowledge, 1 Etiquette) to the problem. Perhaps we may be able to find some more leads after we get him talking. Him being dead would be unfortunate. "
