You find yourself in the middle of a large , dark plaza. The moon illuminates a marble statue next to you, depicting a man holding a glass ball. As you look around, an automated voice sounds from a speaker pole. "Curfew is now in full effect. Anyone found outside will be detained and questioned. Have a good night."

Your ChronoMouse lets out a short beep, and the screen lights up in the darkness. As you stealthily leave the plaza, you take a glance at your screen. It reads, "Update complete: Ready for attachment," before going dark once more. Just outside the plaza entrance, you hear a voice in the darkness. "You are under arrest for violating curfew. Put your hands on the back of your head immediately. Do NOT resist."

You put your hands on the back of your head, and feel cold, hard handcuffs close around one of your wrists. As he puts on your second cuff, you hear it tap against the screen of the ChronoMouse. There is a flash of light and you then you are all alone, still standing in the street, handcuff still on your wrist. As you look around, you hear a message, like the one before, coming out of the speaker poles: "Attention. Please return to your homes. Curfew will begin in 10 minutes."

You glance over the updates. It seems that the new update allows you to attach an exterior device to the ChronoMouse. Suddenly you remember what the scientist told you. He said that if you attached the device to the Chronomouse, it would make it's cool down shorter. Interesting.

You take the device and effortlessly attach it to the side of the ChronoMouse. After a few seconds, the screen lights up with the words, "Attachment complete!" You see now that your Dimension travel cool down has been lowered to 24 minutes! Your handcuffs jingle as the metal rings pull against each other. You'll have to do something about that.
