Now it's correct. Forgot SBC some time ago and didn't check since.

Dead people are most likely not actionable, unless something else makes them actionable. You will receive an error stating that the target is incorrect, or something like that, if you can't target them.

I'm not quite sure what the use in that would be other than to indulge our curiosity.  I'm curious about it, yes, because it's a bastard mod game.  But I'm not sure I want to potentially waste a day on such a thing, unless there are truly no better ideas.
