We're gathered all here today to celebrate the start of the Shakeragian genre, style, motif - etc. etc.
As you all know... *robotic servant whispers in ear* ... yes, I see... *whispers some more* ...
Well. It seems like the Shakerag himself has come, along with his spirit(spirits?)! Most excellent.
Unfortunately, you all must've come here with different goals. However, I assure you, it is most possible to cater to everyone's needs.
Now, if you will all sign here to be admitted to your rooms, it will be swell. No admittance without signing
in, I'm afraid.
Code of conduct is written right here, and in your bedrooms as well.
GAME RULES:- This is the only Bay12 thread for this game.
- No PMing other players.
- No quoting any PM’s or QuickTopics (paraphrasing is fine).
- Votes in
red (
red and bold, if possible).
- When addressing a mod, please make it easy to see, i.e. like a
radioactive Christmas tree or just
bold.
-About answering questions:
= In-thread: only generic ones.
= Via PM/QuickTopic: about anything that you have vision on and/or access to (your own abilities, dead players, teammates).
- Alignments and wincons might not be standard.
- There may be hidden role abilities.
- Role abilities may trump the following rules:
= The mods will not lie to you, but may omit the truth.
= Game starts with Day 1.
= Days last 72 hours, nights last 48 hours, weekends count as 0 hours (weekends will always count as 0 hours).
= Extensions: players have 2 extensions, can only use one per day. Up to 2 extensions per day at 48 hours each (+ mod extensions).
= Shorten: requires >50% of living players to vote shorten.
= No hammers!
= No posting at night, even if the thread is open.
= There may be post restrictions that shouldn't interfere with gameplay.
SIGN-UPS:
- Just post “In” and PM me your “secondary role”.
- The secondary role should be concrete (non-abstract); if it's not, it will either be modified to become concrete or might have a penalty associated with it.
- Players get a Shakeragian role and a secondary role right before game start.
