Junkbot climbs down to the planet surface and investigates what soil it can find. The soil has unusable metal content. Junkbot returns to the ship, and to the dark cradle room. Junkbot takes all the power cells to be found and stores them internally. Attempting to search for copper or gold wiring to make electromagnets is fruitless as none is contained in anything nearby in enough quantity to produce a scalable enough magnet to counteract gravitation fields. Junkbot attempts to wake some of the other cradled bots, but there are no connected AI to enter the shells.

Junkbot surveys access to other sections of the ship, from the hull there is interior access to the engineering aft section, 2 additional infantry storage sections, half the fore main plasma relay section, the aft main plasma relay section, and 12 upper anti-M Turret Maintenance tubes.

((Have we gutted any of the other bots for parts yet?
Because why be a tiny junk bot when we could be super junk bot?  :P))

Check records of how we crashed, last known steller coordinates. System data.

It is likely the ship was shot down in a battle. Junkbot isn't an astrogation AI, stellar information data is meaningless to it.

Check manifest to see if there may be any beings is suspended animation on the ship, or else if there could be other AIs in other sections of the vessel.
Failing that, just see what there is that we could use to get off this heap or fix this heap with.

Junkbot checks the ship manifest, 100,000 Infantry AI shells, crew of 3 AI, cargo of 20 hectoliters of plasma catalyst, and assorted other parts and materials. The ship is unlikely to serviceable to full flight status in the operable time of a single AI unit through even 100,000 AI shells.

The AIs not in shells are stored in the engineering AI core in engineering, or the bridge AI core in the buried and inaccessible bridge section.
