To continue this exciting RP action, as Rat walks off, he passes Runden and Ebene two mecha musume having an animated conversation. Or at least he assumes that they're having an animated conversation, since one of them is waving her arms around in an conversational way, while the other one is scowling at her partner. Except they aren't talking, or at least talking in a way that Rat can hear. They do have built-in radios after all.

Rat pauses and sneakily pulls out a small cellphone like device. It's cellphone like because it is a cellphone. But it has shit tacked on to let you tune into radio signals and get a transcript on the screen. He starts trying to tune it to the two nearby.

As Zinnia leaves, Lionan says (I says says because his usual seat happens to be near the door and, as such, near Zinnia), "You aren't even going to stay past five minutes..?"

"I came here to drink, not to interact with idiots. Such as yourself."

((Actually... Yes, that is how arresting works. Unless someone is actively committing a crime or has committed a crime, the police can't just arrest them at will. I'm sure that I'm oversimplifying things massively here, but since Rat has done nothing illegal... He doesn't have to go with the police or provide any information. Though with that being said, you can bet your ass that they're going to throw a few search warrants on him just to see if they can find some connection between him and the criminals.))

((I don't know exactly which country you're taking this from, but that's bullshit. If you see a suspect at a crime scene, especially one that occurred very recently, you are well within your rights to shove the bastard in a cell.
