Cheru stuck by Frigid and Gelid for the duration of their lives, standing faithful ever at their sides, living in bliss for the first time in a long while in his immortal existence. He was known by all who met him as a taciturn, quiet man, who never spoke much; some spread rumours that he was in secret a powerful wizard, others an assassin from the Fae Courts- such was his vague past, unknown even to his beloved, but one thing was clear from his silent facade- he loved his wife Frigid dearly.
Carrick and Elizabeth eventually left Madness, venturing forth into the world and acting in the roles as psychopomps and comforters of the dead and dying. There were rumours that Carrick and Elizabeth were once powerful nobles of Madness, when they were alive, but neither of the pair confirmed such sayings. The dying take no fear at the sight of a hulking hunchback and a floating ethereal catgirl, but rather comfort in the guarantee that their passing would be peaceful.
Yukari became a teacher in a small primary school, content to hang up her sniper rifle and dedicate her life to teaching, despite her many suitors, enamoured with her exotic, voluptuous looks. There were rumours that she even had ties with a certain member of the Payday Gang; rumours that she obviously denies. Nonetheless, her students still love to listen to her stories as a wanderer before she came to Madness and to this day speak fondly of her as a big sister, such was her kindness and friendliness to her students. She always tried to keep in touch with the others, obviously- most especially the dragon Maja and the alp Keith.
Miaka eventually left Madness to return to her home kingdom of Teppelin, one day to ascend the throne as Queen Miaka II Mironir, Queen of Teppelin. She always paid visits to Madness and granted the city her patronage, and it was even rumoured that she had a fondness for a certain lion boy. Such rumours were of course quenched by nervous courtiers, but one thing was clear- she was one of the most eccentric and colorful rulers Teppelin- and the world- had ever known.
As for Lonne and Neppo? Some say they left Madness, never to return, while others say Lonne simply upped and left his adopted brother; not likely, for the bond between them was stronger than any steel and firmer than any diamond. What known facts is that Neppo eventually grew into a fine young man, while Lonne, proud of how he'd managed to raise his little brother, eventually faded into the night one dark evening, satisfied that his little brother could take care of himself.
