With practiced inelegance, Demétrio stumbles into The Tasteful Club. Considering who owned the establishment, it was perhaps not the wisest decision, after all, it would be quite diplomatically distasteful for an attaché, a commercial attaché no less to bear even the slightest association with such organizations. Nevertheless, there was indeed a legitimate reason for this, ill-advised, intrusion - ignorance, the universal excuse. Inhaling the alcohol-saturated air, he had nearly cast a spell out of reflex alone, though thankfully he was able remind himself, with indeed a slight degree of embarrassment, that such behavior was unacceptable by local customs. Out of habit he sauntered over to the bartender, a tad too suavely than what he would have considered permissible and, in a husky baritone, said "Good day to you, a caipiri-" he paused, realizing his error rather late before muttering in a clearer voice "er, I mean, a glass of water; please."

Ulf shrugs.
"Eh, it sounds kind of BS when you think about it. I mean, how have they managed to keep it a secret for that long and not had Magic Steady find it?"

The bartender, an old dwarf sitting on what looks to be a mechanical stool looks over the new patron. The look Demétrio gets tells him that the dwarf very much thinks that he's a weirdo but is being to polite to actually say so. The dwarf shrugs and with a grunt turns on his stool and leans forward. This causes the legs of the chair to move forward in a sort of awkward walking motion over to an area behind the counter. Demétrio can only guess that's where the water is being kept and is in fact proven correct as a fancy bottle of water is slide over to him. It's even got a cork in it.

"My thanks, good sir." Picking up the bottle and an accompanying glass, the attaché makes a cursory glance around the room, surveying his fellow patrons and the decor of the establishment.

The dwarf nods and goes back to cleaning that glass. You know the one. It's already clean and you can tell but for no reason what so ever the bartender is cleaning it. Like, seriously dude, how in gods name do you not wear through the glass? And it's only old bartenders that do it to. The younger ones always seem kind of flirty with the clientele...

Oh right, the atmosphere is kind of business casual, tasteful even. And also, it seems like most people are ready to shoot people who come through the door. Well, not actively but like, if they had to.

Blinking blankly, Demétrio alternates between staring at the patrons and the door, attempting to deduce some sort of relation between the two. After a while, he shrugs with bemusement before searching for a table whilst examining the minority who seemed less likely to cause a, diplomatic incident.

Ulf pauses when Sousuke says that before chuckling.

There's some tables with just a single person at them, but there's also an empty table in the corner.

There is also a person in blue, with a butterfly mask, sitting in the corner, alone.
"Stranger things have happened."

Ülf nods again. She takes another sip of her drink.

"You're certainly a very....interesting person."

USEC finally remembers that the spirit is still bumming around inside of Sousuke, and thus it comments to him, "Interesting? Yeah right. She's as interesting as watching paint dry. When do we get to the part where you tear off all her clothes and finally have some fun?"
