Based on the paragraphs of the post, they did not do very much research on the D/s aspects. Whooooooole lot more to it then just pleasure, that bit's actually secondary~

It's basically talking about a rather shallow (likely Wikipedia skimmed) rundown of several different fetishes and types of relationship.

It is doublespeak, just it makes sense in context, although with this they were talking about purely the pleasure and pain aspects (*coughwikipediacough*) and not the primary aspects that deal with thr psychological. Not to mention the more extreme sections of the D/s populous that literally have difficulty functioning in society since they are so severely lacking in certain areas. You can't have a Dom without a sub and you can't have a sub without a Dom and expect either to function very well. It just doesn't work. And it's even worse if they don't fit each other.

You make a good point here.  There are of course cerebral implications of such activities, all of which we will do our best to implement as factors in Triple X Tycoon.
