Personality and Background: Jerkass; used to live on the streets, and then with a bunch of other misfits for some reason. Now he has his own apartment.

   Magic: Control of plants, to an extent.

In fact, this will probably set long enough that the main protagonists of the first who aren't Maja/Elizabeth/Cheru/Carrick are in their late twenties-early thirties, and the kids in their mid-teens-late teens.

Race: Jubokko
Description: She possesses wooden skin that conforms as she moves, her skin is a deep black in spite of the fact that she was once a sycamore type tree.  Her leaves that form a pixie cut on her head are a brilliant orange with red veins
Personality and Background: Distrusting, with a potential for violence.  An old sorcerer decided that he wanted to keep people from disturbing his work, so with the remains of the people that had attempted to bother him, he drowned the forest outside his house in blood.  The act killed all of the tree spirits and resurrected them as the vampiric Jubokko trees.  Tithorea was one of these.  The act was so vile however that people came from hundreds of miles away to kill the sorcerer.  The forest was burned, and Tithorea, one of the youngest trees and as such was on the outside of the forest, she was granted freedom with the death of the sorcerer and fled.
Magic and Equipment:
Magic: Tree phasing, blood drinking causes minor healing.
Equipment: Thorny skin (retractable?), hollow claws which drink the blood of those she cuts.
Other: Fear of fire, obviously. Tries to fit in with society and drink as little as possible.

Does this work, or is there a no blood drinking rule that I missed.

BrucexMerav would work. However KylexMaja probably won't work depending on how Kyle tackles it. Dragons are solitary creatures after all, and so long-term romantic relationships with them don't last. Either Maja will drive Kyle away for a variety of different reasons, or she'll get bored and wander someplace else. It'll probably end in tears is what I'm saying.

Name: Soarla, Lord Dulahann
Age: Unknown (Looks 23)
Gender: Female
Race: Dulahann
Description: Though most people would find Dullahans disturbing, the lans where Soarla come from find them as signs of protection and longivity. Soarla, while her head was still attached was an elf maiden who was raised by humans. It wasn't until her 23 birthday that she became a Dullahan, when she was beheaded by a demon knight who wielded the cursed sword, Machleimann. When she awoke, her village was destroyed and her family dead. It was then she realized what she had become as she saw her body standing of it's own accord, dawning the armor of the villages chief protector, Creidne. Soarla commanded her body to pick her up, and as the body did, she realized that she could control it once again. As she left the village, she saw the Demon knight on a distant hill and she began to rush for it. The Demon knight thrust a sword into the ground and galloped away, leaving Soarla angry and distraught. Pulling the sword from the ground, Soarla journeyed away from her home, looking for the Demon knight so that she could exact her revenge, and perhaps become freed from her curse. She learned that the sword she carried was the cursed sword she had been tracking and has sullenly decided to weild it as her  own.
Personality: Kuudere Type. She doesn't care about others safety, but can be compassionate and nice.
Background: wandering Swordswoman wielding a cursed blade. Lord of all of Dulla, though only in title.
Magic and Equipment:
Magic: Demonic Magic from her cursed sword and healing magic from her undead nature.
Equipment: Machlamainn, Cursed sword
Other:
She hates goblins with a vengence.
