This is the OOC thread for Monster Girls V2.

It will take place in the same universe as the original Monster Girls, with the added bonus of being so slice-of-life, it won't be funny.

The Rules!
1. Unless anyone wants to suggest a new stat system, all fights are to be resolved by a d6 roll and RP. Outcomes are as in RTD- epic failure to overpowering success.
2. Six character slots to a player; don't have to fill all of them. One is allowed to swap slots out and delegate a character to NPC status.
3. Don't be a dick. Or you'll be shot! By someone!
4. Ship. Ship everything. Ship ALL the things! ship or die

I don't plan on using it much, hence why the combat system's deliberately minimalist, in order to emphasise RP over combat.

Doesn't make much sense for someone of Mook tier to be able to off a master swordsman in a sword fight though. Minimalist is fine, but probs should use modifiers~

Description: Rat is a man of medium height. His hair black and his eyes are brown. His clothes are grungy and dirty. He looks like either someone is trying to shank him or he's about to shiv someone.
Personality and Background: Rat is from the slums. He works as a runner and informant for some cartel run by some woman who goes by the name of Hera. If you need a quick fix or some info on certain people, Rat is your man. He even survived an attack by the infamous Cobra gang. He almost died but still.
Magic and Equipment:
Magic: None. He just runs fast.
Equipment: Bowie Knife.
Clothes
Light weight tactical vest.
Other: There is a standing order from Hera not to do anything to runners like Rat if they don't want it within the cartel.

Race: Greed demoness
Description: Lilith, as seen above from a recent picture of her on Halloween when she went as a princess, has teal hair, and red eyes. She face is very feminine in shape, she has small fangs and long pointed ears. She has purple-black bat wings. She likes to wear fancy dresses unless she's working. She owns a large collection of tiaras and necklaces.
Personality and Background: Hera is the boss of her cartel which works with the Russian mafia. They've been in a power struggle with the Mendoza cartel for years. What people may not know is she also owns the Pantheon brewing company. People also don't know that in private she likes to pretend to be a princess. At some point she hope to find a man that would indulge her in her fantasy. And bring her lots of books. She devoutly follows a goddess of light. Which has caused her to have some misunderstandings with Soarla when she tried going into the monastery.
Magic and Equipment:
Magic: Lilith can sense what others desire. She can also summon a variety of creatures (also monster girls but unwavering loyal to her) through magic circles.
Equipment: Lilith's natural demonic protection... protects her.  She also has body armor for extreme cases of danger. Lilith was a champion at the arena in her younger years and fought in kick boxing matches for the most part.
Other: Lilith is actually a real sap when it comes to love.

As I have yet to play in any of the rise series games, this should be interesting.  What specifically about the setting do I need to know since I have no intention of reading through 750 pages of shipping?

This isn't set in RotMG, but a different verse called Monster Girls. The link is in the OP to go to the old RP.

Basically, it's set in a world of floating islands linked by ice bridges, with the main big one being Madness City, where everyone (the PCs) are. Humans and fairly surprisingly human-looking monsters coexist, though monsters are the majority. Magic and technology are hand in hand, and a wizard tower can be found next to, say, an Internet cafe.
