Well, as soon as I finish helping a friend (and make a friend to help, I suppose?) I'll have completed my singing-along of a song*. Time for a new list of goals.

...my favorite genre is metal.

Do my blankets have circuits printed on them? That's pretty neat. This LP is tops, you're putting in tons of little details that I would definitely be too lazy to include. (Our favorite colors, for one.)

I could make those of you wanting cameos into background characters, but that would effectively preclude you from joining the Haus in the future, as you'd follow the storyline of the neighborhood, getting married, having kids, getting old and dying and such.

Live from Aurora Falls, the Bay12 Halfway Haus of Madness II, day 6!

If you remember, Sappho was already up and about at the end of the last day. Here she is eating a bowl of the blandest looking cereal on the planet.

Vector, you cannot sleep and chess at the same time. Chess isn't even a verb!

I am outside for some reason. Also, the ground is wet. It's still pouring.

MaximumZero has stolen a bicycle! Wait...I bought them. Nevermind.

Vector, why are you holding a clove of garlic?

Wait, no, don't do it! Your breath will be so bad!

 ...She ate the whole clove. Peel and all. Jeez, Vector, I know you want to get over this cold, but that's not the way to do it.

Meanwhile, I'm at the graveyard, about to undertake an adventure in the catacombs under the cemetary.

Vector's breath is so bad. (Seriously.)

Sappho begins to sculpt something!

If that does not look like clay, that's because it's wood. Very astute of you.

Now properly shocked awake by the massive dose of garlic, Vector can concentrate on chess.

Burnt Pies is awake, and ready for the day. I think.

Barbarossa is awakened by both his stomach and his phone. Maybe his stomach called him to wake him up?

"I know you're hungry, stomach, but you're using up all my minutes!"

Burnt Pies looks surprised that we still have a sink.

That said, the dishwasher is the much more attractive alternative.

Vector, that garlic reeks. Seriously.

Sandvich makes me stronk!

Burnt Pies reads the cookbook, so as to continue to not live up to her namesake.

Sappho makes both progress and wood chips.

Vector works on the garden. In the rain. Hey, at least she doesn't have to water the plants.

Barbarossa also enjoys dishwashers.

This better not be my stomach calling again.

Vector puts the finishing touches on her garden. Those ones are spaced out because they'll be trees.

RedKing and Japa agree to eat waffles. Japa wants RedKing to do all the work.

I'm back from the mausoleum. I found only burning and zombie bears. Possibly burning zombie bears.

RedKing goes over the recipe with Japa.

Barbarossa chats someone up. Hopefully someone cute, amirite?
At this point, something went wrong with the universe. Time reversed itself and we started the morning again, like a twisted groundhog day that wasn't even the full day. (The fucking game crashed and I had to start over.) Thanks, Barbarossa.


Sappho, having been up at the end of the last episode, decides to eat a piece of Wolfeyez' country bread.

Vector does not look enthused about pumpkin pie. Maybe if it were garlic onion lemon tea pie.

Sappho looks much more enthused about her bread. She didn't even toast it. I mean, we don't have a toaster or microwave, but hey. It's just cold bread.

Madness. You don't eat pumpkin pie with a fork, do you?

I'm concerned for Vector's well being. That fork thing isn't natural.

Vector has me try the fork thing, and I'm not so good at it. Maybe I should go back to eating like a barbarian.

Hello, Dog, this is Barbarossa.

Vector goes back to work on her blue thing. I mean, it's a painting, but I don't know what of.

Today, I will break all of the rocks and make us all of the monies.

Barbarossa and Burnt Pies enjoy some pumpkin pie.

I painted the bikes to be able to tell them apart. Not that it really matters, but they're your favorite colors!

Burnt Pies is still surprised that there's a sink in the kitchen.

Dishwasher is still best washer.

More blue! All the blue, all the time!

Barbarossa and Wolfeyez watch some cooking channel.

Blue tree, or blue volcano? You decide.

Actually, don't. Vector makin' it rain up in here!

Oh, no, not the garlic! NOOOOOOOO!

Meanwhile, RedKing is outside on the climbing wall.

Vector then goes back to gardening. Gotta put the new plants and trees and dirt and stuff in.

I WILL MAKE US ALL THE MONIES.

RedKing checks up on his internet dating profile. Nothing yet, but it's not been up very long.

Vector just plops down on the floor for some vidya time. No one seems to mind, except the lonely spot on the couch.

Sappho's newest creation! It's worth $128.

Pie? No. Wolfeyez eats one of RedKing's salt/rain dogs.


Introducing: Cptn Kaladin, Yoink, and scrdest. They are here with bags of money and chaos.

Speaking of bags of money, I don't exactly make them yet with my gem cutting machine. I did make about $500 today. We'll get there eventually.

Cptn Kal immediately jumps on a computer. Probably to check Bay12.

scrdest begins to jam on the bass. He's...not great at it.

Japa finally wakes up, at 2pm, with predictable results.

Sappho resumes work on her painting.

Yoink and Barbarossa know each other from the last Haus, and were friends there. So, they'll be friends here.

Yoink is pleased. Excellent.

Yoink and Barbarossa lay down the gauntlet. First one to the top gets $400.

Yoink immediately falls off. Whoops.

Japa is now at work. There's that guy again!

This one is looking like a tree.

Trampolines are not usually a good place for conversation, but hey, it is what it is.

Burnt Pies daydreams of a golden jellyfish. Wait, what?

What happened to the bathroom!?

Vector must really not like the couch.

RedKing and Capt Kal watch the bass machine. Kal is being awkward about it, though.

Kal is not so sure about the music coming out of that bass.

New beds! Lilac with waffle sheets, neon green flames, and red with fancy-as-fuck sheets.

Wolfeyez has been cleaning for an hour now. Yeesh.

Because of the bags of money from Yoink et al, I decided to make some upgrades.

Yoink, Barbarossa, and Kal in the gym.

Vector reads a book on turkeys.

RedKing heads to work, although without his trademark hat.

Burnt Pies works on her book. If Witches Were Horses, indeed.

There are many beds to make.

That's not how you use that, Kal.

Barbarossa, you cannot lift all the weight at once. Try less plates.

Barbarossa is coaching Yoink. Yoink gained a skill level!

He...doesn't look terribly happy that Barbarossa is yelling at him in his deep gorilla voice.

The killer guy is back! I promptly tell him where to go. Away!

I don't care what you're selling or whatever, piss off!

This takes a disturbing turn.

Meanwhile, Japa gets out of work. That guy had been there all day, but doesn't work there.

I send hired-killer-looking-guy packing. He sprints down the street, hopefully to never return.

Japa doesn't have to ride through the rain today!

scrdest hits the wall. Not literally, of course.

To infinity, and beyond! Well, maybe just a little higher.

Sappho thinks a hot tub is in order. She approaches Wolfeyez about getting one.

Wolfeyez promptly approaches the new guys and lays down the law about dirty dishes. None of them have even eaten yet.

Yoink smells like a smelly pair of gym socks. Smelly.

I'm cookin'! Say it with me now: Car-bo-nar-a.

Japa goes back to setting things on fire with a torch. Hopefully not himself this time.

Kal could probably use new workout clothes.

Sappho reads a horror novel, as if she's not living in one.

"Is movie time after nap time?"

Mmm, noodles, eggs, cheese and bacon. Fuck yes.

Japa looks like he's making headway here.

New dining room accoutrements and much more comfy chairs.

I got rid of the couch and put in theater seating. No one seems to notice.

scrdest is the first to bed.

Japa makes...the exact same thing as Sappho did earlier! Well, it was only worth $15, but money is money.

With that, Japa sets about "fixing" the dishwasher. Funny. I didn't think it was broken.

Have wrench, will possibly fatally electrocute myself.

The final upgrade is to the bathroom. These stalls are both showers and toilets. Don't ask, but they work really well.

Vector, let me teach you how to use that before you hurt yourself.

Kal does dishes, but not in the dishwasher. Japa has seen to that.

Kal looks sad. Maybe Japa did this on purpose? Hazing is bad, Japa.

Sappho is down for the count!

RedKing is less so.

Barbarossa decides to mix volatile chemicals while he waits on the bathroom. Much fun.

Burnt Pies and a plate of noodles. Good choice, BP.

Barbarossa and Japa are the last ones standing. Barbarossa is off to the shower.

Like Kal, Barbarossa has to do the dishes the old fashioned way. Thanks, Japabama.

Barbarossa then taps out. The more I look at those sheets, the cooler they are. Also, his blanket is representative of his love of chess.

Japa's work is done. The dishwasher will never break down again, not that it ever did.

Tentatively, the answer is maybe. I already took over 130 screenshots for this update.

Also, the actual technical limit on the mod I'm using is 24 Sims, but the game is already starting to do weird things. Go ahead and get your sheets in, but I can't promise anything.
