After also getting a bite to eat, and still munching on it (after having passed a good chunk of cheese to Dimble), Feckle peeks out the back door, if one is available, to see what the situation there is.

"Perhaps we should burn the whole town down and leave. Hmm. That might take more oil than we have. Perhaps we should just leave?"

The situation in the back alley is much the same as the front. Though you see quite a few more scraps of garbage and what you venture to wager was once a spleen.

"Leaving is indeed what we were discussing. Perhaps we could just stroll out as if we belonged."

"Well let's get everything together and get out of here then..."

Prepare Dimble for travel! Fast travel. Grab some bread and cheese if there's any left.

Managing to stay hidden for any amount of time soon proves to be a hassle as the group is forced to sink through various side alleys to avoid detection and, at times, forced to climb fences and sprint all out to avoid a horde of skeletons. Luckily they manage to do so with no casualties. It is during one of the 'sprint and climb' sessions that the group makes a poor decision. The alley they just ducked down is blocked by another building and the gang skeletons approaching them seem to care very little for a mulligan. It would appear that they will have to fight this time.

Feckle: 8+4

Round 1 Start
[19+1 (7+1)] Skeleton 1 advances and slashes at Sharos and carves out a large portion of flesh. [4+1]

[9+1-4] Skeleton 3 hurls a javelin at Sharos but it falls miserably short.
[18+1-4] Skeleton 4 hurls a javelin at Dimble but it sails far too high and is embedded in the wall blocking your path.

[5+2] The Orb of Electricity manages to fly just under the skeleton's ribs and into a window across the street dissipating harmlessly.
