Well it has massively exposed its narrowest point there, it seems like an obvious place to apply something sharp and slicey, or maybe try to freeze it? Do we have any water?

We could add it to it's armor. The sick one would even affect the creature.

You could add it to one plate at a time, due to the time spent speaking the incantation, and the physical separation between them.

Adjictivify one of the armor plates with Weak3 and Brittle3.

When a monster comes along, you must stab it! And when you see an evil throne, you must stab it!
EDIT: Due to Armok's post I would like to clarify that I am suggesting we stab the artificial weakpoint. Shade is too smart to make the eyeball be the real weakness.
