Oh yeah, now you recognize it. You sigh.

There is no Sign of activity on the roof.

ATV's. Motorcycles, Dwarven mechs, Floating Holoscreens, Radios, there is some kind of object that they are tossing around. And one of them has parked a Biplane of all things nearby, which is flooded with bandits.

You send a bone spider to hide in a mech somewhere, so you can gain intel after this.

You and the party Begin the arduous climb to the roof, Only you, Wizard butler, Dublin and Gallarn't will be able to make it just from climbing this wall, What should Fairy and Harkim do, considering there is a pile of chain leading up to the second floor and fairy seems to have trouble carrying his sword, nevermind flying? Or if you have a means of helping them, what do you do?

You exasperatedly spell Fairy's sword with some silver mana, The moonlight intensifies it, Making it lift up and towards the moon.

Gallar'nt carries the boy, and you all climb the Building, -2 Elbow grease, -2 Mana.

You are physically exhausted from the Moderate climb, but the point is you were able to make it, even with your heavy equipment.


Now for the hard part...

How firmly is the missile attached to the roof? And is it it's own construct or are there wires and such going into the building?

There is a seam in the ground where the missile launcher's base is. It is presumably fused into the roof.

Fairy Sets himself and his sword down on the hatch, to hopefully prevent any interlopers.

You Use the Wailascope to thoroughly examine the missile launchers parts.

The Struts holding the missile in place are made of a strong looking metal, no visible wires connect the missile and the console.

The console itself seems to be a combination of a keyboard and runic matrix, you will need to use your knowledge of each to get into this thing.


You can hack it, Or open the panel and try to rewire it.

The rewiring minigame involves a couple of things

"I need to get 2 sparks from one end of the screen to the other, one electrical, and one magical. you do this by connecting and disconnecting the Blue and purple wires with my tools at hand, that image was just a small visual, the real deal will be much more complex. The electrical one cannot go into any of the Red boxes, or magical wires, and the magical pulse has to go through a refresher crystal (Yellow) every couple of inches, And cannot be split more than 2 times, Rubies need a magical pulse, Gear shaped Metal must have an electrical pulse, and Gold Gears must have both an electrical and magical pulse."

Sorry, I'm not clear.  Where is the rewiring diagram?  I can't identify all of the bits you're referring to on the picture above.

Thoughts on cutting it off the roof (assuming we had an instrument) pumping it full of moon-magic and just carrying it off to deal with later? A Warp Space might be necessary to make it less conspicuous. Summon the demon who is associated with the oasis water and claimed the price of our metal skeleton's arm in exchange for purifying shit.
