You pocket some of the moss stuff. then take to the higher floor.

A big honking mushroom stands in your way. It looks utterly massive.

And according to your lucidity, It's size is no hallucination.

"Wow, That is huge, and this soon in? Sounds like Repeat business to collect this whole thing after we finish our business here.

NS:Indeed.
>Get Nevermore to take the moss and apply it to one of the smaller mushrooms, no matter the reaction, hold our breath and run though the mist upwards again, if we have time, cut out and pocket one of the smaller mushrooms.
SS: Try to attract the rat to your position, if it get's close, jump out and surprise attack!
If not, just try to surprise it and attack it.

stomp on a small bit of the mushroom grass and cast splintered life on it.

You seem to be under the wrong impression, the mushroom is actually blocking your path. the tunnel might be able to be squeaked through if you pressed up against the walls but definitely not with luggage in tow, and you definitely wouldn't be able to hold your breath the whole way through.

You have no bones as you neglected to bring any.

You have Nevermore rub the mossy substance onto a small shroom, but nothing happens.

Nevermore is faintly glowing.

Using some clever scytheplay, you cut a smaller shroom and pocket it.

All this messing around has jostled some more of that stuff loose from the shrooms.

((You can exit the dungeon if you feel that it is impossible to complete in your current state, but you run the risk of the Dungeon restocking and becoming more difficult, the max difficulty a dungeon can have is X10 Danger, In which loot rolls are divided by 10, trap rolls are multiplied by it, and enemy stats are multiplied by it. A cloying aura also fills dungeons of such difficulty.

The general rule however is that exiting a dungeon early will never result in more than 2 levels being added at a time, and if a difficulty boost occurs, all loot is reset too.

New meta quest goals have been added.))

No.
We are going to get straight through this dungeon, whether we like it or not, we are not going back now, we were unprepared, and we are going to pay for it.
First up, put re-Dispel on, 4 points of mana, we have some left in Nevermore anyway, then start cutting don that mushroom, or if it's attacked to teh ceiling and the floor, just try to cut a large enough chunk out to be able to crawl through it.
SS: Back up, Back up.
Once it's stopped spurting disgusting bacteria everywhere, try to spike it through with the sword and drag it along like that.

I vote we turn back, not because we're not prepared, but bacuse it's boring and we should find a more interesting way out. We can get our wagon through here anyway.

At least keep on the path until we can get to the secret, it's two rooms away.
Edit: Also, I think we all want a Montage token, you do want some new spells and skills to mess around with, don't you?
I dunno, I guess we can forfeit this slightly boring dungeon and face even more boring, boring messing around trying to learn all new skills that we could have just gotten in one swift go.

Why?
We aren't even in any danger yet, we can totally clear out this place easy, as long as we top off on re dispels.
At least wait bolting until we get to the secret.

OK wow. You exit the dungeon for basically no reason, and return to the Carttress. Passing a young woman who seems to have killing that rat well in hand.
