The fire skeleton Grabs the man, Lighting up in an unholy flare before detonating.

He is so stunned by your audaciously stupid comment that he forgets to spout something unintentionally useful before he dies.

The flames consume his body, Launching the Sword into the sky, looking up for it, you find nothing but a gleam. The Bioblade is no more.

Gallar'nt is quick to cut down the boy from his restraints. As he gently lowers the child to the ground. The Scolopendra Heros walks up to them, sword raised.

"We were sent to kill a necromancer. Get out of my way."

"What is this madness? The boy is innocent of wrongdoing."

"I will not be paid for punishing the guilty. Only for bringing back a necromancer's head. Now stand aside."

"I will not."

Dublin looks ready to sic a powerful spell on the Bug.

A gleam of purple from both magic in your hands and Gallar'nt's Sword makes the Beetle Hesitate, and seeing that the devil wing and Wizard magic are too strong for his own sword, walks away fuming.

Before he Crosses the boundary of the staircase, He glares back at you all.

"We will meet again."

NS: Okay, cut the cage door open for the princess, and see if we can do a quick time lapse of the areas we haven't been to yet, if we can't, let's just go back to our fortress, and spend 2 PP on craft tissue.

Dip our finger into the water, see if that does anything, perhaps offer the goomba some.

You Cast Sustain undead on your loyal flaming skeleton.

Time goes all weird where you found all this stuff in a variety of traps and or puzzles, and managed to get certain ones:

One chest of Small gold coins (100)

A Skeleton gripping a silver dagger

Strange miscellaneous mechanical objects. (4)

Assorted Statues (8)

Iron shield

Which ones did you attempt to get?

you checked for any rooms you might have missed, finding the aforementioned objects. You accidentally Trigger one of the Dead necromancer's Contingency spells after foolishly poking around there again.

A grey mist descends on the ground. and begins to swirl around the room.

NS: Take the various mechanical objects, the silver dagger but not the skeleton, iron shield and the statues.
for the mist, if it isn't actively closing in, equip the gauntlets and touch the mist with the gauntlets, if it doesn't work or it is closing in, use our sustained sustain spell and throw that into the storm.

We already have incidentally revived a skeleton with a very powerful spirit and presumably a somewhat noticeable role in the game, I don't think it would be wise to revive a skeleton in a necromancers tower, of all places, especially if the knife is seasilver, which could mean that the skeleton might be a paladin of some sort.
