Perhaps ask his opinion rather then telling him.
That is exactly what I'm doing.
Trust me.

((working on something big and fun for later, sorry bout the late relatively drawingless (psyche) update.))

After courteously asking him his opinion on the matter, you find that Skullduggery really does not care what he does. and you send him off to the adventure box.

You purchase a juicer from the cooking portion of the market, getting gipped on the price by a clearly (specieist?) merchant. -3 Coins.

A staff could allow the wizard butler to channel magic, but it would literally have to be a Living arm clutching a staff. In theory anyway, maybe he just needs a ton more practice with his new mana system.

"Her name is Maria Feather Eadlestien."

The child must have listened in on your mumbling.

You turn around only to find empty air behind you.

"Friggen kids."

Prepping your cart to leave the city, you hear rancorous brawling in the local tavern. A hastily Drawn sign on the door reads "No Unded allowed!" the 'undead' is misspelled.

You feel the jarring sensation of Skullduggery being totally cut off from your control, He must have entered the dimensional dungeon.

We don't need drawings if the action is something small like buying a juicer.
Yo don't need to get A's anymore here.
Anyway, let us juice that small melon fruit!
After turning the death magic in it into life magic, of course.

So, our original quest was to rescue the princess (who is probably totally dead now) buuuuuut we got a bit caught up.
I in
I it's time to go and try to rescue her anyway.
That reminds me, if we are going to rescue her, we need to activate false image and redispel.

Plucked a fireflower from a tear in reality, used it to pollinate the flower growing on the staff, and then we used magic to supercharge it to make a giant melon filled with literal flaming death, and now the death magic is going to be mutated into life magic and then juiced and put into a container yet to be specified. as for what's going on on the whole? got shanghaied into saving a princess from a DIFFERENT necromancer, who is in possession of a necromancer's grave, and possibly being stalked by the son of an evil vizier who may or may not have incredibly mysterious secrets all the while Skullduggery is being sent back into that same tear in reality to have an adventure which may or may not determine whether or not the good ending is achieved.

Oh right, we don't have much that could hold it.
Ahhhh, the pots that we put the bones in could work, right?
Also, good ending?

To be honest, I have a nasty habit of Perfectly planning no less than 5 endings for any game I run, in the hope that I don't lose interest or be swamped with effort for simple updates. This planning also extends to most encounters, this process takes a couple of minutes. otherwise how could I have massive repercussions for seemingly simple actions?

dun worry about it.

I dunno, I think it's a pretty cool way of running things.

Back in game, Skullduggery: make mental note to not allow ourself to use the last mana.

Kirek: juice the melon!

It's an awesome way of running things.
I should use that plan for any of my future games, in fact.

I have a few hundred potential endings for most of my games.

Who Are You? specifically has 1347 according to my notes. Although given it has a shitton of time shenanigans and alternate universe fuckery which explains the complexity.

We aren't even past the bloody prologue yet.
