You Think about setting a bowl of phoenix pulp on the side of the cart for easy use, before remembering that it is only the alchemical magic of it's current container that keeps it nice and neutral. You will have to specify a container for something like that.

You use mill some Sugar equivalent from a spicy seed, and turn some of the phoenix juice into jelly. It will have to set for a bit so it can coagulate.

You decide finally to go to sleep, After observing your minions work diligently at the rubble. Something looks off, but you decide to ignore it.

Your sleep is restless and dreamless. +3 Elbow grease, +9 mana,

Yeah, I went ahead and evaporated the overarching plot. There will be a lot more opportunities for evil from here on.

Also, The quality of the art will be low for a while since I am literally remaking it from scratch.
I guess Armok woke up, Noticed what was going on and wrecked everything. :P Wouldn't be surprised if we step out into a apocalyptic aftermath.
And don't worry about the art taking long. Just take your time, We can wait.

Ok, so to start with stuff we need for further experiemnts

> Refill workbench, and any other minions that need sustenance for that matter

> We're out of Identify scrolls. Lets make a really big batch this time, maybe 30 of them, and be prepared this'll almost certainly drain a huge area of magic, and summon tons of demons, o do it as far as possible from anything valuable, maybe try to direct it into that dungeon we'll not be going through anyway.

> We really need to progress in mining and metalworking, and this will require some better understanding of dwarven language and mining is also likely to be found around dwarf related thing. So go look if anyone have dooks or the like in dwarven or anythign else relating to dwarves?

"> We have some leftover skeletons missing arms and skull and such right? Take a leg, and add a big scythe-like blade on top of it made from ribs. Can jump around on it's one leg looking absurd but then pounce to impale stuff.[/size]
> Try reshaping one of the criminal skeletons to shorten all the proportions making it tiny but still as strong and much thicker-boned, and change the entire forearms and hands into huge shovels. Finaly, change it's joints to maxmize the speed at wich it can dig and push itself through the earth through as small and thus fast-to-dig tunnel as possible. Plan ahead in desing and write a note for yourself that when you have more mana add a merged Changing and Crackpot sigil to the shovels so it'll be able to tunnel throguh rock as well. "
> Test and identify these, send the diggy one digging away looking for ores.

-1 to the identify scrolls, I don't think we need to be summoning eldritch abominations from beyond the rift while we're trapped in a cave, but +1 to everything else (except the identifying, since that would require the scrolls)

((Armok, why did you make half your suggestions invisible? Those are good ideas for minions))

What does making identify scrolls have to do with summoning eldritch monsters?

Lets use the ancient naval art of training war parrots. No one will realize they have been boarded by space war parrots until it is to late!
You can fake being able to run on water. You can't fake looking cool when you break your foot on a door and hit your head on the floor.

It's the ambient magic thing, it absorbs magic from the air and if I remember correctly can cause some nasty side effects as a result. Even if it's not what I think, using something like that in a contained space is just asking for trouble.

You Fill the Workbench, and any minions who need it, -4 Mana.

Searching around, You find very little in the way of dwarves. Likely due to the fact that these are all nobles, and only people with deep lineages In Eadlestien could become as such.

you transform one of your Criminal skeletons, Adjusting it into the perfect digging machine... For one.

It's large strength, inherent durability, and shovel like protrusions are balanced out by the fact that it's size makes any holes dug rather small. you would need more to make a proper person sized tunnel, Or just Find a way to speed up this one's work. -1 Elbow grease.

As a bit of a joke, You decide to craft a Scythe leg, It hobbles around with magical grace, and with a test performed graciously by a dead rat body lieing around, It is Good enough at what you wanted it to do. A hit from the side might shatter it's delicately balanced form though. you could probably use this as a weapon as well, as with a simple command it goes stock stiff like a proper scythe.

You call them Shovel Blight and Scythip respectively.

You Set Shovel blight to digging, and contemplate your next actions.

Hmm, we really do need identification... And it takes to much mana either way, even thou we managed to make it use environmental, we need *genuine* efficiency... this is complex to the point of unlikely to work, but lets give it a try anyway... maybe if I try multiple parallel routes...

> craft a reservoir pen of bone, with legs sort of like a stick insect. This kind of thing should be a lot easier now that we have the table.
> make two Sustained bubbles of Craft Scroll
> Put one of them on melting in a crackpot sigil
> Separate out the "mind" of the stick insect, and Fusion Sigil it with the other bubble, insert it back into the body.
> mix together ink, the melted Craft Scroll, maybe some blood, pulverized bone, maybe the ashes of old scrolls you no longer need... Do this in small batches, as a bunch of tries might be needed in order to get the proportions right, figure out where to combine using fusion sigil and where to use simple mixing, if and when to heat it, etc. And do reaccal whatever you remember from potion making to help figure this out.
> Fill magic pen with magic ink, give it a piece of normal paper, ask it to identify something simple like the Oasis Water as a test.

I have an idea that may solve our ID scroll problem: (heh, "our")
>Make an identification scroll
>try to combine said identification scroll with a detect object sigil (or sustained version if we can't stick a sigil over a fusion sigil), maybe we'll be able to make a sigil that just identifies objects we place on it

((Even if it's not as thorough as a scroll, we should at least be able to get a general idea from it, and it hopefully won't use all our mana and elbow grease building it))

We could also just do what we did last time: Just start a big ol' magical bonfire.

Well, I suppose that burning all our stuff would solve our problem in that we wouldn't have anything left to identify...

No. Flame inhale imbued with make scroll on a pile of paper. We need to keep it away from any magic shit we need functioning but then it'll just eat mana from the air without draining us.

Apart from that 0 flame charges we have... We may be able to get one from inner flame, but I don't remember if that had any downsides. Also, we still have 6 mana to spend, so spending 1 on a scroll doesn't seem too bad...

Well, that's basicaly what I'm trying for. And that was after than much simpler bonfire-method was alredy vetoed because it someoned demons. And before that we didn't have enoguh combinatoric things to realy attempt it.
