Nerjin. You're using Monkey Grip. Get Strongarm Bracers, for the love of Io. Monkey Grip is terrible, and a waste of a feat to boot.

Wow... You're right, they are vastly superior... In that case... I’ll remove an Immovable Rod and grab myself some Strongarm Bracers. Thus, Monkey Grip was dropped for Improved Initiative.

Right, I've bought what I'm going to.

BTW, my level 20 capstone is Say My Name and I am There, which is basically infinite use Word of Recall. If you say the phrase "Ith Moipar", I can choose to appear at your location. I might be able to travel with companions, but I'm not sure.

Alright, the main question seems to be how you guys got together and why you stayed together, along with general world backstory.

Here goes.

The world was frought with peril. The demon king Rowithca'ar had come from a vile, slade fortress deep within a mountain. He raised armies of powerful fiends, bent on destroying all that exists. There were five who could stop them... they were you.

The adventure that brought you to 20 was the one where you slew said demon king.

As for lore, it's basically an expy of the default setting, since this is half test run and I don't want to accidentally put in lore and stuff that accidentally screws over high-level stuff.

Um.

Tawa, question:
Would you mind houseruling that the Amulet of Mighty Fists can have non-numeric bonuses added to it along with the standard numeric bonuses (at the standard 3x cost)?
Also, would you consider it reasonable to apply the armour proficiency training in backstory if the armour has an AC low enough that you don't have a chance of failing the roll badly enough that you need to gain BAB before trying again?

Ok, I find myself caught with another issue: The Tongues spell states it grants the ability "to speak and understand the language of any intelligent creature, whether it is a racial tongue or a regional dialect." This does not specify granting the ability to read the languages, as Comprehend Languages does ("You can understand the spoken words of creatures or read otherwise incomprehensible written messages. ... The spell enables you to understand or read an unknown language, not speak or write it."), however in the Speak Language skill description it states "A literate character (anyone but a barbarian who has not spent skill points to become literate) can read and write any language she speaks. Each language has an alphabet, though sometimes several spoken languages share a single alphabet."
I am unsure whether this leaves someone affected by Tongues able to read and write languages the spell gives them they wouldn't normally know. I can see a case for either ("Tongues lets you understand languages you don't normally know, the Speak Languages skill you can read/write those languages if you are literate, Comprehend Lanuages only specifies the writing because it a: doesn't fully give the ability to understand a language (ie, you can't speak it) and b: gives the ability to read even to literate characters" or "Tongues doesn't specify that it gives you the ability to read/write the language, Comprehend Languages does specifically give you the ability to read them, therefore Tongues doesn't give the ability") , or even for being able to read/write only languages that share an alphabet with a language you know without the spell.
Your ruling on the issue for the game, Tawa?

Tounges lets you speak it and understand it spoken, Comprehend Languages adds reading to the mix. As for alphabets, my ruling is that even if two languages share the same alphabet, you can't read or write a language you couldn't read or write otherwise with Tounges.

I see. Is Planar Trade going to be a thing in this setting, or just standard common as the trade tongue?
