Yep. It's a tad difficult with starts like this, since there's a long implied history together and nothing to actually go there beyond what we make up. I'll have my own up in a bit.

Should we throw together a basic story of how we met? From what I've picked up from the backstories, we had a few levels under our belt before we joined up.

I'm down with that. I'll be able to contribute a bit more later.

Word from Tawa re: what sort of things might have brought and kept us together would be useful too, so we don't accidentally contradict any lore about the world.

What lore?

Chess stayed with the group because he had a hard time making friends, and these were good, loyal friends. They provided a nice escape from his life of libraries and dealing with scholars.

What lore?
That's the point. We know nothing about the setting, but if Tawa already has stuff written, it'd be a tad awkward for us to develop our collective backstory as a group which originally formed, say, for the purpose of working to defeat X, where X is something that doesn't exist in this campaign world. So on and so forth.

I suppose our group forming to play bridge on weekends would be a poor reason to form an adventuring party.

Well, we know there was a lich that interacted with something the group wanted at some point, so I wrote the dreaded Gnome Lich Vorrick Glitterbowie into our backstory. *Shrug*
But yeah, Tawa seems to have vanished as far as answering questions we need to finish setup goes.

Heh. This reference was a pleasant surprise.

Sorry for my lack of updates, a trip to New Jersey and the purchase of a Fire Emblem game hindered my updating ability :V

I'll answer your questions tomorrow when I have my notes.

Here's how Grommash views the party thus far. Should I change anything on this one?

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Nerjin. You're using Monkey Grip. Get Strongarm Bracers, for the love of Io. Monkey Grip is terrible, and a waste of a feat to boot.
