Actually, scratch that. Blood Dependency is just too, er, how would I call this... disruptive.
Blood dependency is optional; so long as you don't choose to take the Blood Drain attack you don't get it. Probably because the template maker realised that made the template all but unplayable.

I've forgotten, what's the implication of this houserule:

Quote
Warlocks can Eldritch Blast as an attack action as long as it is your turn. Happy birthday.

Is it that by treating EB as an attack action rather than a spellcasting-equivalent standard action it gains iterative attacks based on BAB? That's all that I can figure, and it would make sense if you were trying to buff the endgame warlock's lackluster EB damage without forcing them to resort to stinky, questionable shenanigans with Hellfire Warlock and Strongheart Vest.

I think.

If not, that's the new rule.

I'll be finishing my character when I get off of work. That being said, I would suggest that you sort the House Rules by purpose. "Bonus Feats", "Class Changes", "Item Changes", etc. etc. would really make it easier to read than the wall of text.

These both require you to train under someone who actually has the proficiency already.
As a note, this was not added by Wrex and IIRC he stated he did not like the addition.

Actually, blood dependency only happens if I choose to be able to drink blood. Since I chose Children of the Night as my special ability, that's a non-issue

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Fair point. Does create one of those "how-do-you-make-an-anvil-without-an-anvil-in-the-first-place" scenarios. Removed.

One thing to do might be to reduce the training time if you train under someone with the proficiency, while allowing you to train yourself at the normal rate, to mimic the difference in difficulty between teaching yourself and being taught by an expert.

Umm, what about my point about blood dependancy? If it's still a no, then 'll go hunt for a different thing

I wasn't so much requesting the removal of the rule as pointing out that crediting it to Wrex is a bit... yeah.

Also, regarding the "how do you learn how to do it then?" thing, presumably that's the point of the time spent training and the BAB requirement. If you were going to add the expert in, I would consider changing the "cannot try again until BAB gained" thing.

In that case, go ahead.

One modification I would like to request: Would it be possible to allow Warshaper to advance Wildshaping like MOMF/Nature's Warrior do?

Alright.

I'm just going to leave it for now, though. I'm tired of editing that post.

As for the Warshaper thing... what?
