Cirrus Whitespark

I've listed my HP roll URL and what should be the sources for every non-SRD/Complete Series book I used in the additional information section.

Incidentally, I've still got a pretty large chunk of my gold left with no idea what to spend it on. I still need boots, but I'd like to go for something that my character would get use from.

Ah, just one question; given the name of the campaign, am I to take it that our aim is to acquire immortality? Because my Wildshape Ranger already has that. If it helps, he wouldn't mind becoming a god!
Probably won't be an issue, there's plenty of ways to modify that motivation; my character's doing it for the sake of a grand adventure with old and loyal friends (and, in part, because of her fundamental nature, both derived from the behavior and philosophy of Petals, and from the ways her experiences have shaped that into a personal mode of thought), even though she's ambivalent to the idea of immortality.

Oh shit, it's 2:20 and I need to be up in about four hours for a meeting. :x

Also also, is LA buyoff in effect? You did say free use of SRD, so...

Okay, I've somewhat accounted for the lack of Wizard utility for our party; I took Path of Shadow for fairly reliable overland travel, and used some of my wealth to get a Crystal Ball with Telepathy for scrying and long-ranged communication.

Question: Since armor bonuses don't stack, is it allowable to use whichever armor bonus is highest, rather than defaulting to the armor bonus from your armor? I'm asking since I'm wanting to take Bracers of Armor to make up for the fact that even the lightest armor I can wear is still killing my AC bonus from Dex.

That is the default for non-stackable bonuses.

That's what I'd figured.

Good, looks like I'm just about done with itemization. Managed to get down to 10k and change, too. o.0

Also also, is LA buyoff in effect? You did say free use of SRD, so...
On that note, can we Gesalt?

ININININININ

Edit: Would the Half-Vampire template from Libris Mortis be acceptable?
DnDtools doesn't have it, so I'll have to say no.
Edit: Taw, is that tier to LA increase with each level? Or is it just the average?
I... what? Please elaborate.
DM question: Would you allow a Petal character?

Also, Flaws/Traits yes or no, and how many if yes?
Flaws/Traits are a go. Petal... erm, DnDTools also doesn't have stuff about this. I'll have to say no.
Ah, just one question; given the name of the campaign, am I to take it that our aim is to acquire immortality? Because my Wildshape Ranger already has that. If it helps, he wouldn't mind becoming a god!
Yes. I suppose becoming a god is a decent enough 20+ game level goal, so also yes.
Another question: Can I make Spell Immunity permanent with Permanency?
No.
Also also, is LA buyoff in effect? You did say free use of SRD, so...
Yes.

The copypasta houserules will show up shortly.

Darn, are you sure? It's MMIII, and has already been set up as a player race using the SRD rules for monsters as PCs, since it's a fairly common pick (though they tend to waver about whether it gets Weapon Finesse or the Sleep Songs; that'd probably be your discretion, though I'm inclined to doubt the first).

Quote
Petal (MM3): -8 Str, +10 Dex, +4 Con, +4 Int, +8 Cha; tiny fey, 15 ft., fly 60 good, DR 5/cold iron, Sleepsongs

It's included among lists of LA player races without HD in numerous places, including here and here.

I can PM you the text from the entry in MMIII as well if you'd like to look at that without running into usage issues. Otherwise, damn, I spend a bunch of time finishing a charactersheet for nothing. Lemme know ASAP so I can start work on a different character if I need to, please.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Alright, I'll allow it.
Actually, scratch that. Blood Dependency is just too, er, how would I call this... disruptive.
