If you note, I switched location, rendering this argument irrelevant.

True.   Have to ask, though, what are Lunarik, Kenders, and Shifters?

Literally the worst thing in D&D ever, and hated by the Silver Flame, respectively.

Kender are wandering vagabonds with no sense of social taboo and tend to be kleptomaniacs, they are from the Dragonlance series.

Shifters are shapeshifters, not the useless DnD shifters. They tend to have high levels of energy and focus primarily on their aura if they use magic.

Lunarik, probably would be easier to find fhe original Generations of Destany thread since I put the race description in there. They are similar to Kender, however they have a tendency to explode in a magical shockwave on death, they consider sapients as food if they are dead, have a mandatory mental compulsion to travel at least ten miles daily, and do not give half of a shit about authority. Basically I brought in a significant % of useless population that will partly emmigrate within a couple years. Same goes for Kender~ They are there for my amusement~

Are they really that bad?
Yesh~

I'm perfectly fine with removing Kender as a note~ They are there for shits and giggles. I can think of several better races~

Well, then, I should mention that there isn't a single scrap of magic on this world.  Anywhere.  At all.  Not even magical abilities.  Not even psuedo-magic abilities.

Edit: Now that I know what a 'Kinder' is, they are going to be the bane of your civilization, if you leave them in.

I've seen some places where they are that way, but I was primarily refering to the Lunarik's 'magical shockwave' with the magic abilities, and the Shifter's shapeshifting for psuedo-magical abilities.

I removed both Shifters and Lunarik when I got rid of Kender, although I could have thought of a biological reason for both Lunarik and Shifters, just didn't really feel like keeping them.

Civilization Name: Waantau/環頭 (Literally, "this area" in police slang)
Location: 6
Primary Race: Centaurs (40%) - they call themselves Waantauma/環頭馬
Other Races: Humans(35%), Minotaurs/Ogres/"unciv" races(20%), Elves(5%)
Architectural Style: Nomadic tents.
Civilization's Language: Waantauwa/環頭話 (Cantonese, so no need for google translate for me. Please make sure your computers are DBCS/Unicode ready.)
Governmental Structure: No formal government as they have abhorred both top-down and bottom-up decision making process. The largest governmental unit is kinship ties, led by a zoenglou/長老(lit. patriarch). In a wider scope, oracles and god-men hold the most sway of the populace.
Law Structure: Laws are never codified, and everyone can deal out punishment as they see fit.
Religious Tolerance: Relatively low. Not closed to other gods, but unless a whole family defects the heretic is usually internally dealt with.
Primary Religion: Your bread and butter polytheism, with very little competition between gods (and people can have believe in many gods). In practice, though, the Zinsun/戰神 (lit. God of War) is the most paramount.

Stats (Distribute 6 +1's to the following.  Max of 4 to a category.)
Technological Level: +
Military Size: +++
Military Skill: ++

*They are slave drivers, so they have a larger number of non-centaurs as slaves.

PTW. Also, would I be correct in assuming 2 is hills or something, and how much of my civilisation's population could I have as my primary race?
