-snip-
...The Kobold Rogue was referring to a different character. Unless I am mistaken, the current gnome character is going to be a ranger, not a rogue.
E: Herp, I see it now. Yeah, my mistake, I'm a tad tired and stressed.

Well, we will clearly make our own faction, the empire seems to be the most neutral, and thus the most available to piece apart, then it becomes a political game where we are trying to stay alive. Also, would there be a way other than feats to allow Warlocks have more then 12 Invocations?
AFAIK all you can really do is take Extra Invocation as much as possible, no way around it. It helps that, relatively speaking, Warlocks aren't tremendously feat-hungry (except maybe if you're going Glaivelock and need your martial stuff); in the build path for the Warlock I'm running at the moment six of my feats are going over to EI; IIRC that's pretty standard for a blastlock regardless of whether you're going for a bunch of passive buffs or a bunch of effects.

I've got an idea, but it needs some SERIOUS leeway from Nerjin. So I wanted to run it by y'all before I tried it.
I would like to be able to use Deflect Arrows to block certain ranged spells, like rays, Acid splash, etc. Basically anything with a ranged touch attack.
Would that work well?

Quote from: Deflect Rays
Deflect Rays

Prerequisites: Dex 13, Improved Unarmed Strike

Benefit: You must have at least one hand free (holding nothing) to use this feat. Once per round when you would normally be hit with a spell that has a touch ranged attack, you may deflect it so that you take no damage from it. You must be aware of the attack and not flatfooted.

Attempting to do so does not count as an action. Spells without touch attack status or that have metamagic applied to them cannot be deflected.

Now, question about Racial HD. Does it count as LA? Do we get the HD? How does it work?

RHD count on top of LA apparently. You also get the HD.

As a minor note, is there a particular reason you're going Gnome Ranger rather than Ranger?

Not that I can remember, no.

In that case, I'd probably advise sticking with standard ranger, at least at first level, and taking the Arcane Hunter ACF. Gets you Favoured Enemy (Arcanists). Application obvious. Even if not, the Gnome Sub level is mostly useful either if you're taking one of the racial enemies or you're in need of the stealth boost; since you're not taking them, and will be riding around on a not-that-stealthy badger, well.

Okay... I'll allow the Badger to have this "Mighty Steed" thing you mentioned although I would like to point out that the Kobolds are beholden mostly to Dorogon. A badger will cost 15gp and you can start with it trained to ride for 20gp. I guess. That sound fair?

That does sound fair thank you (I'm not being a kobold though).

Can you confirm, do I need to take the Animal Cohort feat as well as pay for the badger?

Given that Wild Cohorts are free, I would imagine not. The Badger wouldn't gain the improvements that Wild Cohort grants, though.

Alright, I had a character idea as an addition. Could I become a Half Vampire? It's +2 LA and Warlock is tier 4, so I'd think it should be plausible.

Sorry about the delay, been a bit too busy to really sit down and read through everyone’s sheets to be extra sure on stuff. Now that I have though… There are a few minor issue.

Alright, I had a character idea as an addition. Could I become a Half Vampire? It's +2 LA and Warlock is tier 4, so I'd think it should be plausible.

I'm going to have to say no on that one as it sorta contradicts a bit of lore within the setting. Sorry...

Right, it's bare bones, but it's something.

Will be added to the wait-list. Though your abilities are magical in nature as opposed to psionic.

@Silthuri

Please make note of the fact that you have Martial Weapon Proficiency with Scythes. Furthermore you have 12 skill points total. Not 7. Also, Spell DCs if you please.

@Kassire

Please add Spell DCs to your sheet. Also, fix your skills. Anything checked cannot have more ranks than 2. You’re also using 44 ranks when you only have 28.

@Flying Dice

Spell save DCs if you please.

@Lawa

Spell save DCs please.

So when you guys fix all that up just tell me. Then I'll eventually ask everyone to confirm they're ready and we can start.
