Well, first you take the chocolate and remove its existing colour with a magic colour strainer. Then, you make biscuit dough and scatter the chocolate into the dough (like chocolate chip cookies) and bake it until golden brown. Then, when a customer arrives you add the new colour into the chocolate with another magic device. The chocolate will absorb the new colour, and the biscuit stays the same.

Why is it always Fusion with you? Fusion wouldn't even logically make anything stronger. I would rather have 10 normal soldiers than 1 soldier with the strength of ten. It is easier to do tactical things that way. Fusion only works in very specific Shonen anime.

An archangel is simply an angel of high rank. They don't even have to be more powerful than a normal angel, though they usually are.
