They mostly just affect Celestial mages and their plans. They may or may not have an effect on larger things like gods' actions, but the powered constellations definitely do help (or hinder) Celestial mages.

Except a lot weaker and more variable. My Armu are still the best mages, having Cosmic magic, godlike power.

Doing anything signficant with Cosmic magic does run the risk of burning a bunch of mages out, and attunements do not mean entire races of mages.

Attunement for a race just means they will have more magic users of that type. Not that they only have that magic or all of them have that magic.

It's just supposed to do...well...something like this with its power adjusted to fit the power of Essence/gods.

It used to be called the Supreme Ultimate Deity Annihilator, but some people thought it was meant to annihilate deities rather than being a deity-class annihilator so I changed the name slightly.
