I have a few other ideas around, too. We could leave it in the night sky, except moved as to not block reincarnation, for example. Or we could make it a moon or as such, orbiting around the planet(s).

That depends on exactly what kind of prophet you mean.
Case 1: Just the title of Prophet, magically signed and notarized by you: 0
Case 2: The title of Prophet and a boost to persuasiveness and devotion and maybe foresight: 1
Case 3: The title of Prophet and a boost to persuasiveness and devotion and maybe foresight and improved divine magic: Low 1-2
